About Our Clinic

Our goal is the same as yours, we want to decrease and eliminate your pain, using both hands-on techniques and corrective exercises.

What sets us apart from the typical chiropractor is our unique approach to corrective, or rehabilitative, exercises. Instead of merely discussing it, we actively guide and coach you during the treatment session. While many chiropractors may claim to understand exercise, most say they lack the time to incorporate it into their treatment sessions with patients.

Finding a long-term solution involves ensuring you exercise correctly and safely, and we’re here to help you achieve that. Exercise is crucial for recovering from an injury, but we frequently encounter people doing the "wrong exercises" or lacking proper form, which often results in increased pain and further injury.

While it’s true that movement IS the best medicine, improper exercise can lead to more pain and injuries.

Our priority is to ensure your exercises make you resilient, stronger and more confident, enabling you to live the active and healthy life you aspire to.

Benefits of the Right Chiropractic Care

Our Commitment to you

Finding a doctor who spends more than five minutes with you can be challenging these days. At Perform4Life, we recognize that each individual who enters our practice has a unique story, body, and goal. A common error in many offices is addressing only the symptom of pain without thoroughly evaluating and identifying the true root cause. This approach is a major reason why many people endure pain longer than necessary.

What do we mean by “root cause”? The "root cause" of an injury or chronic pain can involve one or multiple areas of the body that are stiff, weak, or lack stability, forcing other parts of your body to compensate and experience pain. It can be challenging to grasp the idea that these "root cause" areas might not always be painful themselves.

We promise to take the time to listen to your story, fully understand what you’re going through, any concerns you may have, and your goals so that we can create an individualized treatment plan specifically for your needs.

The One-On-One Time You Deserve

We aspire to help assist those who have a desire to be active, whether this is for sport, or for leisure. Our care will be goal-oriented, based upon patient presentation and patient desire. This could be a goal to throw a baseball without pain, or to be able to play on the ground with grandchildren with ease. We will focus on building up strength, mobility, stability, and optimal function. We differ from those in our area due to our long, one-hour, one-on-one appointment times that are focused on patient-centered care and education.
